The allegations read: Eric wittenberg was a subject of the customer's complaint against his member firm that asserted the following causes of action: negligence; negligent misrepresentations and omissions; breach of fiduciary duty; fraud; breach of contract; negligent supervision; and violation of pennsylvania's unfair trade practices and consumer protection law.
