my departure from moseley securities, inc.,
had nothing to do with wrongdoing by me. Moseley was going out
of business, and i chose to accept a position at an established
firm. At moseley my production was in the top 10%. I did not
repay certain employee loans due to confusion as to their
terms, and the matter was not pursued by moseley.
