The allegations read: Nasd rules 2110, 2210(b)(1) and (c)(2), 2210(d)(1)(a) and (b) and 2210(d)(2)(a) - respondent published a securities-related public website without first having the website approved by a firm principal or submitting the website to finra's department of advertising regulation for review and approval. The findings stated that clifton's website contained unfair, unbalanced, misleading and exaggerated statements and utilized testimonials without making required disclosures.
