direction, initiated the process of removing claimant as a named-beneficiary on two investment
accounts held by client. Claimant alleges that at the time of these alleged changes in beneficiary
designations, client lacked the legal capacity to understand the nature and consequences of her
directive. Agent and firm deny the plaintiff's claims in full.
