The allegations read: Jaime casellas was a subject of the customer's complaint against his member firm that asserted the following causes of action: negligence and breach of fiduciary duty; breach of contract; failure to review and update; violation of industry rules and standards of professional care; including finra rules 2111 (suitability), 2110 (standards of commercial honor and principles of trade), 2120 (use of manipulative, deceptive or other fraudulent devices); respondeat superior; and other violations of law.
