The allegations read: There were no specific allegations against me
in terms of either sales recommendations or alleged
misrepresentations. The claimant alleged that i was not
properly registered in kentucky at the time of the sale of
community medical transport inc. ("cmti") to the claimant and
furthermore, that cmti was not properly registered for sale in
the state of kentucky under kentucky's blue sky laws.
