The allegations read: On 11/7/97, client alleges "several
transactions during the month of october of which (he) had no
knowledge". In 11/12/97 call to branch, client states letter
was in error. In letter dated 11/13/97, client clarifies that
11/7/97 letter referred to transfers, not transactions.
