The allegations read: On august 10, 2020, several entities affiliated with harbinger capital partners ("harbinger") served a complaint in an action commenced on june 8, 2020 in new york state court alleging, among other things, that apollo global management, llc and certain of its affiliated entities (collectively, "apollo") and certain individuals, including some affiliated with apollo including me (the "apollo individuals") defrauded plaintiffs in connection with plaintiffs' investments in skyterra communications, inc. ("skyterra"). The apollo individuals who are named as defendants in the action are former directors of skyterra. The plaintiffs have brought claims of fraud, civil conspiracy, negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting, breach of contract and unjust enrichment against apollo and/or the apollo individuals.
