The allegations read: It was alleged that as chairman of the board
of crestmont federal savings & loan association i breached my
fiduciary duty to crestmont and violated certain regulations
and engaged in an unsafe and unsound practice. In addition, it
was alleged that i made false and misleading statements and
obstructed the ots investigation.
