The allegations read: Selling unregistered stock in a spinoff corp.
a 1969 signed consent decree alleging unregistered distribution
of penny stock. The 1969 consent decree was "friendly." it
enjoined mr. Mcevoy against selling unregistered stock via a
"spin off" from a registered company. Since mr. Mcevoy had met
with an attorney who turned out to be the "linchpin" on a
similar matter, mr. Mcevoy was named even though he had not
sold any stock nor met with any of the 59 others who were
implicated. These papers have long since been lost.
