The allegations read: Customer alleges abeyta sold a fixed annuity based upon a 20% return with a 2% bonus. As a result of alleged 22% return, they were advised (and did) liquidated all their other investments to place in same product. Customer indicated they were never informed of commissions, bonus commissions, or ancillary benefits received by abeyta as a result of sale. Customer alleges was not told of of availability of identical product available through ria which would have paid zero commissions. Customer indicated they were not presented with any other investment vehicle or options. Customer alleges violation of both colorado insurance regulations and sec regulation best interest. Customer requests rescission.
