The allegations read: Customer alleged to the nasd that mr.
schipper made unsuitable recommendations and churned her
account resulting in claimed losses of $12,000.00. However,
customer also alleges mr. Schipper did not inform her about
capital gains taxes of $42,000.00 that she has to pay from the
sale of some stocks. She further alleges that mr. Schipper did
not obtain her approval for trades.
