than temporary restraining order was filed against barclay
financial corp. (a reg. B/d) of which i was a 25% shareholder
of. The temporary restraining order was entered on 4/2/81. The
united states district court upon hearing further evidence at a
hearing for a preliminary injunction, which was denied, allowed
the temporary restraining order to lapse.
