The allegations read: Plaintiff has 2 brokerage accounts, a personal account and a custodial account. On june 4, 2012 plaintiff deposited $12,000 into her personal checking account with instructions to transfer those funds into her personal brokerage account. One june 5, 2012, pincombe transferred the funds into the custodial account. On june 13, 2015 funds from that custodial account were then transferred to another custodial account which plaintiff did not control. After that second transfer took place, plaintiff learned that her $12,000 had been transferred into the custodial account. Custodian of other account refused to return the funds.
