The allegations read: I structured & marketed a private placement oil & gas program to a limited number of wealthy and sophisticated investors. Western exploration, inc was the turn key driller and opperator of the oil and gas properties. Western was also marketing similar programs to investors. The sec investigated western exploration and concluded that all of its programs, including the one i was marketing, were actually one large integrated program. The sec further concluded that the entire oil & gas program should have been registered with the sec as a public program. I agreed to execure an order of permenate injunction without admiting or denying the allegations of the sec complaint.
