The allegations read: I have been retired from the practice of law since 1999 and had registered as such with the ny state bar association through 12/31/2010. Unaware that i had an ongoing obligation to register with the nys bar association every two years thereafter that i was still retired, the bar association suspended me for "failure to register" on 1/30/2017. I first learned of this suspension on may 7, 2024. I have since been in contact with the bar association and they had me back-register as retired for all years since i last registered as such in 2010.
