The allegations read: Mr. Choudhury resigned during an investigation which alleged that he facilitated agents under his supervision submitting insurance and annuity applications for customers without their full knowledge or consent, as well as other related violations of company policies and procedures, for the purpose of meeting production requirements. These policies were later cancelled or not taken. The company filed a fraud report with the new york state department of financial services department on may 22, 2018.
