Thomas a. Guerriero, crim. Information no. 15-60317-cr. A final judgment in the criminal case was entered against guerriero on may 17, 2016. Guerriero was sentenced to a prison term of 151 months followed by three years of supervised release and ordered to make restitution in the amount of $6,600,000.
