The allegations read: Customer alleged account value dropped from $49k to $31k when account was transferred out. The account decreased by only $4k. The final value at the transfer was $45k. Customer alleged there were many trades, when there were only three over the course of six months while i serviced the account. The account transferred out in june 03.
