The allegations read: Client alleges broker made two errors in his account: 1) purchase of 3000 esaf on 1-25-01 and 2) purchase of 1000 pde on 5-25-01. Client claims broker said he would correct his account by cancelling the purchases. The purchases were not cancelled.
